Kake Dhariwal, the Chairman of the organization, is an accomplished individual with a rich educational and professional background.

Having attended Arusha Meru International School during the 1970s and 1980s, he further pursued his studies in Engineering Science at the prestigious University of Warwick in the United Kingdom.

Kake gained valuable experience in Civil Engineering projects while in the UK and obtained the esteemed status of Chartered Engineer. In 1993, he joined the family business in Arusha, Tanzania, and successfully expanded it into Avco Investments Limited, a prominent company specializing in logistics, equipment hire, and building materials.

Recognizing his contributions and expertise, Kake was appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board in 2014, cementing his commitment to the organization's success.
